Refund Policy

we process refunds only in the case of failed transactions.

1. Refund Eligibility : A refund will be initiated only if the transaction fails and the payment is deducted from your bank account.
2. Refund Timeline :In case of a failed transaction, the refund will be initiated within [X] days. Once initiated, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method as per your bank’s processing time.
3. Non-Refundable Situations - Refunds will not be provided for :
   • Successful transactions
   • Orders where payment has been confirmed
   • User-initiated mistakes (such as incorrect entry of details)
4. Refund Method : All refunds will be processed back to the same account or payment method used during the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation After Payment : Once the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed for any reason.
2. Refund Only for Failed Transactions :Refunds are allowed only in cases of failed transactions as described in our Refund Policy. Successful payments cannot be cancelled or refunded.
